Aventura City of Excellence School is always striving to improve and excel in all manners of education for our students.  Whether it is character education, leadership, citizenship, or academic goals, ACES is proud of its successes in achieving annual gains in excellence in all areas.  We have grown to represent the highest standards of our community, and we still manage to do more and more each year!   

At this time, it is an honor to announce a new achievement beginning this school year 2010-2011:  Aventura City of Excellence School has been accepted as a chapter of the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS)!  The NJHS is a nationally recognized organization that distinguishes the top middle school students in the country.  The purpose of this organization is to “create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, to develop character, and to encourage good citizenship in the students of secondary schools.”
