Chess Club

Students will learn to master the art of Chess. Beginners and experts are welcome to join. Club members will have the opportunity to compete among themselves using life size chess pieces.

Do you have a desire to learn another language? Learn conversational French as a member of the French club.

 

 

Jazz Dance

Learn to dance like a pro under a professional Jazz dance instructor.

 

 

Latin Dance

Learn Latin dances including salsa, meringue and rumba. If you know how to move, think you know how to move or would like to learn how to move to the beat this is the club for you.

This club is for Math lovers. You will be challenged and thrilled as you solve mind boggling math problems.

 

 

Middle Eastern Dance

The Middle Eastern Dance Club offers students an opportunity to learn traditional Middle Eastern dances choreographed to the latest Middle Eastern tunes. Students perform at numerous school and community events.

 

Modern Dance

Do you like to dance to the latest music? Would you like to learn to dance to the latest music? This club is for you.

 

Money and Me

Students will learn investment and money management principles such as budgeting, saving, borrowing, different types of investments, credit, debt, and taxes. This is a great club for kids who want to know what they can do with their money. Club activities will include cartoons, drawings, quizzes, games, riddles and stories.

 

Patrols and Youth Crime Watch

All patrols must join this club. Character and leadership building will be the focus of this club.

 

 

Science Club

Do you enjoy experiments? Are you a future great inventor? Hone your critical thinking and problem solving skills as a member of the Science Club.

 

 

Sports and Sportsmanship

Learn how to be a true team player. This club focuses on hockey and soccer.

 

 

TV Production/Communications

Current and retired ACES newscasters are encouraged to join this club. Students who have a flare for being in the spotlight and a desire to learn more about the inner workings of the television industry will enjoy this club. Communication skills will be enhanced as club members develop confidence and effective presentation techniques.
