Peace

  1. Peace is being quiet inside
  2. Peace is having good feelings inside
  3. Peace is when people get along and don't argue or hit.
  4. Peace is having positive thoughts about myself and others
  5. Peace begins within each one of us.

Respect

  1. Respect is feeling good about myself.
  2. Respect is knowing I am unique and valuable.
  3. Respect is valuing myself.
  4. Respect is knowing I am lovable and capable.
  5. Respect is liking who I am.
  6. Respect is listening to others.
  7. Respect is knowing others are valuable, too.
  8. Respect is treating others nicely.

Love

  1. I am lovable.
  2. I have love inside.
  3. Love is caring.
  4. Love is sharing.
  5. Love is being kind.
  6. Love makes me feel safe.
  7. When there's lots of love inside, anger runs away.
  8. Love means I want what is good for others.

Tolerance

  1. We are all unique and have something valuable to offer and share.
  2. Tolerance is accepting others and appreciating differences.
  3. Tolerance is accepting myself, even when I make mistakes.
  4. Tolerance is accepting others, even when they make mistakes.

Honesty

  1. Honesty is telling what really happened.
  2. Honesty is telling the truth.
  3. When I feel honest, I feel clear inside.
  4. When I am honest, I can learn and help others learn to be giving.

Humility

  1. Humility is staying easy and light inside.
  2. Humility goes together with self-respect.
  3. Humility is when I know why I'm wonderful, but I don't brag or show off.
  4. A humble person can stay happy inside while listening to others.
  5. Humility means I behave well while I wait my turn.

Cooperation

  1. Cooperation is everyone helping to get something done.
  2. Cooperation is working together toward a common goal.
  3. Cooperation is working together with patience and affection.

Happiness

  1. When I have love and peace inside, happiness just comes.
  2. Happiness is having fun with my friends.
  3. Happiness is knowing I am loved.
  4. When I do good things, I am happy with myself.
  5. Good wishes for everyone make me happy inside.
  6. I can give happiness to everyone with my good wishes.
  7. I can give happiness to others with words that are like flowers, not thorns.
  8. I can give happiness to others by sharing.

Responsibility

  1. Responsibility is doing my job.
  2. Responsibility is caring.
  3. Responsibility is trying my best.
  4. Responsibility is doing my share of the work.
  5. Responsibility is taking care of things.
  6. Responsibility is helping others when they need help.
  7. Responsibility is being fair.
  8. Responsibility is helping to make a better world.

Simplicity

  1. Simplicity is natural.
  2. Simplicity is learning from the Earth.
  3. Simplicity is beautiful.
  4. Simplicity is using what we already have and not wasting the Earth's material.

Unity

  1. Unity is harmony in the group.
  2. Unity is doing something together at the same time.
  3. Unity is working together with a shared goal.
  4. Unity makes big tasks seem easy.
  5. Unity is fun and makes us feel like a family.
