ACES MS Leadership Speakers Series Dates: TBA
Times: 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
World Class Speakers will be presenting to ACES students and families. MS Events take place twice during the year. Volunteers needed to help set up, greet families, sign them in, hand out raffles, possibly get and present light refreshments, clean up and make sure things run smoothly.

Gift Box Project helps classes collect donations in celebration of Peace Day.

Remind students to bring in Peace Day gift items.
Tues, 9/14 & Wed, 9/15
11:00 am - Finish
Pick up gift boxes from classes, keep track of number of boxes from each classroom. Best class participation wins pizza party.
Peace Day: Mon, 9/21
7:00am - 11:30am
Help collect, prepare and set up boxes for Peace Day ceremony, set up cake, clean up and load boxes into car.
Tues, 9/22

Collect unused boxes after event from all classes.

Gift Catalog Program

Volunteers needed to help event leader hand out flyers, envelopes, organize orders, get students and families excited about the fundraiser, collect from classes, sort orders when they arrive, distribute to classes.

Book Fair lasts two weeks and has several individual events included. There's plenty of room to participate as much or as little as you can throughout.

Teachers Wish List Wed, 10/6 - 10/19 (Includes Morning Prep Time on 10/6)

Volunteers needed to help set up and operate the Teachers Wish List program. Prepare flyers to go home to make families aware of event. Update Teachers Wish List board, give invitations and personally invite teachers to participate, help teachers pick favorite books at the bookstore. Help students and families pick books at events. 

Mon, 10/4 Help prepare Book Fair flyers and copy letter to go home to families. Deliver to classes.

Grandparents Breakfast

Mon, 10/18

Volunteers needed to get breakfast food from community vendors, pick up food, coffee, juice water and deliver to ACES. Get utensils, cups, napkins, plates, supplies, decorate and setup in Middle Cafeteria for the event, serve food, clean up.

Fri, 10/15 1:30pm - 7pm Decorate & set-up room before the event in the Middle Cafeteria. (May start earlier; TBA)
Mon, 10/18, 7am - 12pm Pick up food, deliver to ACES, help serve breakfast and clean up.

Volunteers needed to prepare delicious dishes for lunch. Bring a dish, purchase goods and supplies, decorate, serve and / or clean up. Help make ACES Teachers feel appreciated. Food needed for 120 staff members. There’s tons of ways to help!

Parents needed to help execute all aspects of a school bazaar fundraiser, before, during and after the event. Help us make this fundraiser successful!

  • Buy a booth & sell your goods to ACES families and the community.
  • Volunteer your time for set-up, during the event and for clean up afterwards.
  • Help get or donate raffle items
  • Help sell booths
