How to Submit Volunteer Hours

To receive credit for the hours you serve, you will need to:

	pick up a form, fill it in, get the form signed by an authorized ACES staff member
	turn in the white copy (signed) at the school front desk.
	Please retain the yellow copy for your records. That yellow copy will serve as proof of the volunteer hours served.
	In addition, for school wide events there will also be a sign in sheet at the front door. Please make sure you do both, sign in at the front and additionally turn in your (signed) volunteer form during the event.

Ways to Volunteer

Daily Volunteer Help

• Someone to come in every few days, collect class sign-ups for events from teachers, and enter volunteers in Excel sheets, then and forward updated lists to Communications Office and to Event Leaders.
• Office Help
• Help out with events during the week. Sign in people, set-up before events. Straighten up entry and rooms guests will visit so they look attractive.
