  • Miami's Community Newspapers Highlights ACES's Athletic Program

    What started as an intramural program at Aventura City of Excellence School (ACES) in 2005, has blossomed into a full-fledged 6th – 8th grade athletic program that currently plays in the tri-county Independent Athletic League (IAL).   • National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) Offers Morning Math Tutoring for Students in Grades 4-8

    The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) will be offering morning math tutoring for students in 4th-8th grade. Tutoring starts the week of October 16th on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 7:50 AM – 8:20 AM in room 8-215.   • Hurricane Irma School Closure

    Please be advised that the state compliance office has notified us that we DO NOT have to make up any of the days missed because of the hurricane. This is true for all schools that follow the MDCPS calendar.

  • Red Ribbon Week

    Red Ribbon Week will be celebrated during the week of October 30 - November 3. The purpose of this week is to share the importance of the message to be drug free with our children and community.

    The ACES Holiday Bazaar is on Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 10 AM - 4 PM at the Aventura Community Recreation Center gymnasium (adjacent to ACES).
