Yearbook Sale

The 2019-20 yearbook is on sale for $55 until Tuesday, March 31, 2020! Students that pre-order the yearbook will be invited to the yearbook signing party scheduled in May. Order online!

Coffee Connection

January 30, 2020

The next Coffee Connection is on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at 9:00 AM in the Media Center. This Connection will feature performers from the Middle School Poetry Slam, designs from the middle school DIY class and more! Come meet ACES staff, get first-hand information about students' school experience, and learn how to support ACES Eagles! It will be a fun, friendly, and energizing morning.

Congratulations to the ACES Junior Varsity & Varsity Boys' Basketball teams on their season-opening victories over RASG in front of a full crowd at the Aventura Community Recreation Center.

ACES Spelling Bee 2020

January 24, 2020

ACES held its annual spelling bee on Tuesday, January 21 for students in elementary grades 4th-5th and on Wednesday, January 22 for middle school students. Congratulations to the winning Eagles!

On Sunday, January 19th, several Eagles and their families participated in the Ellie's Army Dirty Socks 5k and Walkathon, a walk for children with life-threatening illnesses. The turnout was incredible, and three ACES students placed in the top spots of their age group.

Parent Corner

A new resource for K-6 parents called Parent Corner is now available! Find it in the Parents section of the ACES website. Currently, K-6 math resources are available, including lesson videos, module newsletters, and information about i-Ready. English Language Arts (ELA) Resources are coming soon! Visit Parent Corner!

As many of you already know, food allergies are serious threats that many of our students face daily. We have many students on our campus with life-threatening food allergies, and we ask all of our families to help make sure we keep all of our Eagle Family safe. Click the link to learn more.

Wireless communications devices can only be used in a hands-free manner when driving in a designated school crossing, school zone, or active work zone area in Florida. Focus on driving!

Getting involved in your child's school benefits everyone, and now it's easy to sign up to be a volunteer. Volunteers can now sign up online at signup.com. Visit the Volunteer Information webpage for details.

New Bus Pick-up Schedule

September 11, 2019

The new pick-up times for Bus 1 are in effect! ACES worked with the bus company to make the safest decision, which was to go back to one morning route for all buses. Please review all of the new bus pick-up times by navigating to the Transportation webpage in the Parents section of this website or by clicking the link below.

The 2019-2020 school supplies lists are now ready!

Aventura City of Excellence Charter School will be providing limited bus service for those students who are eligible for transportation. The bus transportation provided is designed in accordance with School Board transportation guidelines. All public/charter schools have limited transportation boundaries set according to these guidelines.
